Isaac has been absolutely great, he gave me plenty of time in our appointments and really listened to my problems and gave me exercises which I could do. Would recommend for a personalised approach!

Isaac wanted to really understand my problem, carried out a great assessment, talked through a plan, then demo'd all the exercises he wanted me to start working with - excellent, efficient and so positive!

Isaac has been unreal! After struggling with a hip flexor injury, my recovery progressed massively once I started seeing him. He identified both the injury and the underlying factors behind it, and put together a clear plan to recover, get back to sport and prevent re-injury. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable, couldn’t recommend him more!! :)
